I had a wonderful stay at Premier Hotel-Cabin-Sapporo. The twin room was spacious, and I loved how close it was to a fantastic ramen shop—just a short walk to the bustling main area. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, even with the language barrier. Plus, the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had on my trip, and the on-site hot springs were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Was all great! 😊.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Premier Hotel-Cabin-Sapporo, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide array of delicious options that certainly lived up to the many positive reviews I had read. One of the highlights was the onsen; I eagerly took advantage of the public hot spring bath, especially enjoying the open-air area, which was quite accessible from my room. I also treated myself to a full body massage, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. The techniques used by the therapist were varied and relaxing, adding to my overall enjoyment of the stay. While the room was small, it was comfortable and suitable for the price.
Internet connection was unstable.

I loved the location! It’s super near a popular ramen shop and just a quick walk to the lively Susukino area. The on-site onsen was fantastic, and I enjoyed a full-body massage that left me feeling relaxed. Plus, the free amenities at the reception were a nice touch, especially for families.
My room was really dark and on a smoking floor, even though I asked for a non-smoking option. The internet kept dropping out, which was frustrating during my business trip. navigating to the onsen felt like a maze—definitely not user-friendly!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the onsen. With three different types of onsen to choose from, including a rooftop onsen, we enjoyed the ultimate relaxation experience. The hotel's location was also convenient, with Susukino just a 10-minute walk away. we highly recommend this hotel for its large rooms, amazing onsen, and great location.

Stayed during Christmas and the hotel was great. the traditional Japanese breakfast was a highlight. the public bathhouse with its clear instructions was excellent. the location was fantastic, walking distance to the nearest train station and close to many restaurants and shops.
The WiFi was inconsistent in the room. Occasionally cigarette smoke from the smoking area near the laundry room could be smelled on non-smoking floors.

Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff who were always willing to help with any questions. The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to main transportation links and several dining options nearby. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to work.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to complete important work tasks. The gym facilities were also disappointing and in need of an update.
